About Me

Hello! My name is Kimberly and I am the energy behind Empowered Insight. 

I am an empath, clairsentient and intuitive. I have been able to sense things since I was six years old, after my Grandfather passed on, and to this day I believe he is my main spirit guide, along with a female energy that remains close to me. I have been reading tarot for 6 years and also enjoy using the pendulum, oracle cards and energy work. 

Most of my reading ability comes from being able to sense others' emotions or feelings, taking on those things and almost feeling "in the shoes" of the person I'm reading. I will occasionally have words pop into my head, and if there is a really good connection I will see or hear things as well. My intuitive abilities were strengthened upon going to massage school and learning more about energy in a physical sense. Upon starting to do energy work I have been able to see auras, chakras, blockages and often many other things that may depict messages for a person. I have very much enjoyed exploring these abilities in years past and look forward to sharing them with all of you. 

My favorite types of readings to do involve women's health and energy work. I love sensing, feeling and working with others' energy and sending light to help them use their energy to the best of their abilities. However, I am willing to focus on any and all areas my abilities will allow me to. 

When I'm not doing readings, I'm a woman of many passions. I love helping other women see their potential and am very passionate about all things pregnancy and birth, and hope to know a world where women can relax and enjoy their postpartum journey. I am also very passionate about massage therapy, health and wellness. I love the beach, warm weather, travel and music. I have two children whom I love to spend my time with, and learn from their amazing intuitive abilities each day.
